The enchanting sandy beach of Komitsa, which has been designated as a protected area of great natural beauty on the Unesco at World Heritage List, is situated a few kilometers away from the village Nea Roda and only 2 km away from Mount Athos. The complex is constituted of 12 modern, super – luxury holiday homes, which are suitably equipped for all-season stays. The construction of the ultramodern villas is based on traditional architectural rhythm, with dominating elements the timber and the Byzantine handmade brick, so as to integrate perfectly in the idyllic environment. Those three “legs” give Chalkidiki a unique geographical shape as well as the biggest coastal length (550 km approximately) of all mainland departments of Greece.
