This tastefully decorated holiday villa is located on the Athos peninsula, in one of the most beautiful areas of Chalkidiki. The enchanting sandy beach of Komitsa, which has been designated as a protected area of great natural beauty on the Unesco at World Heritage List, is situated a few kilometers away from the village Nea Roda and only 2 km away from Mount Athos. The complex is constituted of 12 modern, super – luxury holiday homes, which are suitably equipped for all-season stays. The construction of the ultramodern villas is based on traditional architectural rhythm, with dominating elements the timber and the Byzantine handmade brick, so as to integrate perfectly in the idyllic environment. The villas are built in front of the sea in gardens with plane, olive and elm trees. This one offers two bedrooms with one double and 2 single beds. It can accommodate four to five persons. There is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace. The villa has direct access to the gardens of the resort. The architecture and surroundings offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy nature at its best through various outdoor activities such as diving, fishing, hiking, walking, swimming, cycling, jet skiing, surfing. It is a big peninsula of Macedonia, which is situated between two gulfs, Thermaikos and Strymonikos, and has three smaller peninsulas: Kassandra on the West, Sithonia in the middle and Mount Athos on the East. Those three “legs” give Chalkidiki a unique geographical shape as well as the biggest coastal length (550 km approximately) of all mainland departments of Greece. Chalkidiki is a sub-mountainous region: its lowland districts cover 25% of its overall surface while submountainous and mountainous areas represent 51% and 24% of the region respectively. Its most important mountains are Holomon (1,165 m), Stratonikos (823 m), Itamos (753 m) and Athos (2,033 m). It is a blessed place, rich in rare natural attractions, with dispersed wetlands and extraordinary fauna and flora, where the blue colour of the sea is marvellously combined with the green colour of the mainland.
