Furthermore, at this level there is a bathroom and a storage room. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one spacious double one and two single bedrooms. Furthermore, a fully equipped bathroom and a small hallway with a working space and a seating area. Finally, at the lowest level there are two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom.The villa is fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, Wi-Fi coverage, individually controlled air conditioners, HiFi, DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Outside, you'll find a private 20 sqm swimming pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, as well as a stone-built BBQ and outdoor furniture. Parking spaces are available on the property. Next door to the villa is the sister villa All season Star for larger groups. Just 200 meters from the villa, there is a traditional tavern and two mini markets. Rethymno town, with its famous Renaissance atmosphere, museums, restaurants, an organized sandy beach, and various tourist facilities, is only 3 km away.
