Set in the peaceful, traditional village of Douliana just 22 km east of Chania, this charming ground-floor accommodation offers a gentle retreat surrounded by forests, quiet paths and the natural beauty of Crete. The living–sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, a single bed and a dining table for three. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with an electric 2-ring cooker, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer—ideal for preparing simple meals. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. With air conditioning and heating, comfort is guaranteed in every season. Garden doors open to a calm outdoor space with sun loungers and a parasol—perfect for reading, resting or enjoying the sunshine. Guests also have access to a large shared swimming pool (10 × 8 m), beautifully set among trees and countryside. A baby bed, high chair and washing machine are available, and a shared recreation room offers a TV, iron and ironing board. Private parking is conveniently located just outside the property. A welcome basket—coffee, tea, milk, orange juice and toasts—awaits you on arrival. Pets are welcome on request. From the property, a quiet forest road leads to the sea, only 3 km away. Kera Beach is 2.5 km from your doorstep, while the sandy shores of Almirida and Kalives (3 km) offer tavernas, cafés, supermarkets and water-sport activities.

Tips from owner:
Summer time , in most villages very close to beaches are many people, much traffic and lots of noise. So it is better to select a place not far from the sea front but not in the middle of high season turbulence.
