Within the property there is garden, with communal use with the other guests, equipped with garden furnitures, B.B.Q facilities and dining area / pick nick area. Please note that the access to the apartment is only by stairs. No lift in the property. No 24hour reception desk. All guests, should inform the property in advance, regarding arrival time. Late arrivals (after 24:00) will do self check in ... and check in procedure will be done the following day. Dassia beach is only 20 meters away from the property. The beach is organized, sunbeds, sun umbrellas are offered with a small fee by the shops. ?here is a sidewalk along the entire beach, accessible with ramp too. Restaurants, coffee shops, beach club and swimming pools open to the public can be found by the beach.
