The villa is approx. 300 metres from Gonia - a quiet village near Rethymno (8 km) that is not overrun by tourists. On the property there are 2 bungalows, which are used privately, and the villa. There are only olive trees on the neighbouring plots (quiet location). Perfect for all those who don't want to stay in overcrowded hotels during these difficult times but still don't want to miss out on their well-deserved relaxing holiday. You can keep to yourself in this quietly located villa. The nearby beaches (8 km) also offer plenty of space and therefore enough opportunity to keep your distance from other holidaymakers.

There is a large garden and a large terrace with a marvellous view of the "White Mountains". There are two car parking spaces available for guests.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower/WC, a very well-equipped kitchen and the living room. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a large bathroom with WC and an office with sofa bed. There is a washing machine in the cellar.

The distance to Chania airport is approx. 65 km and Heraklion approx. 90 km. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 300 metres away.

You can request a cleaning lady on site. If you would like to hire a car, the landlords will be happy to help you.
