Parkmöglichkeit befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Grundstück. Ein Fahrradständer befindet sich auf dem umzäunten Grundstück.

Bettwäsche kann bei Bedarf gegen Gebühr zugebucht werden, Handtücher bringen Sie bitte selbst mit.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung im Souterrain verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Radio und Flat-TV einer Einbauküche mit Backofen, 4-Platten-Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Die Aufbettung für ein Kind im Alter von maximal 12 Jahren über ein Zustellbett ist möglich. Eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill steht den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch kann die Bettwäsche gegen Gebühr dazu gebucht werden.
