Unser im Jahr 2015 neu errichtetes Wohnhaus befindet sich im Zentrum des Ostseebades Zinnowitz auf der Sonneninsel Usedom. Wir bietet Ihnen auf drei Etagen moderne , liebevoll und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen. Für jede Ferienwohung ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Alle Wohnungen sind mit einem Balkon / Terasse und einer vollwertigen Einbauküche ausgestattet.  Kostenloses WLAN ist im Haus verfügtbar, sowie ein Parkplatz.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung fü 2 Erwachsene mit 60 qm Wohnfläche, aufgeteilt in einen großzügigen Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch, Esstisch, Balkon mit Südlage und hochwertiger, komplett ausgestatteter Einbauküche. Es ist 1 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett vorhanden. Ein indivduell mit Fliesen und Naturstein gestaltetes einmaliges Bad , sowie ein Flur ergänzen die Ferienwohnung. WLAN und ein Parkplatz sind inklusive.

Lt Satzung der Gemeinde Zinnowitz sind wir als Vermieter zum Einziehen der Kurtaxe verpflichtet. In Zinnowitz beträgt die Kurabgabe je nach Saison zwischen 3,25 und 3,70 pro Tag
