Die Ferienwohnung BALOMO befindet sich in einem im Bäderstil errichtetem Haus im Herzen von Zinnowitz, in ruhiger Lage einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein PKW-Stellplatz, sowie eine abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit.
Der feinsandige Ostseestrand ist ca. 650m von der Wohnung entfernt. Im Zentrum finden Sie mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, ein Kino, ein Theater und die Ostseebühne, auf der jährlich die Vineta-Festspiele stattfinden.

Die Erstausstattung Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht im Gesamtpreis enthalten. Bei Bedarf können diese gegen Gebühr zugebucht werden. Haustiere sind nicht gesattet. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Die Wohnung, mit einer Fläche von 60 qm, verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit offenem Küchen- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Toaster etc. ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett und 1x 2 Einzelbetten) bieten Platz für 4 Personen. Das Bad ist mit Dusche/WC, Kosmetikspiegel und Fön ausgestattet.
Radio mit CD-Player. Kabel-TV und ein DVD-Player stehen den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Der Balkon ist mit Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet.
Ein Wäschepaket (Erstausstattung Bettwäsche & Handtücher) kann auf Wunsch gegen Gebühr zugebucht werden.
Ein Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl kann Ihnen auf Wunsch kostenfrei gestellt werden. (bei Buchung bitte angeben)

wir waren zu viert und haben wie auf einen Blick die Wohnung als "komplett Ikea" mit schmunzeln begrüßt,die Insel überhaupt, Zinnowitz besonders , nicht so groß gut überschaubar, kein "Rummel", gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Ferienwohnungsgäste, auch für Ausflüge ist der Standort Zinnowitz gut,Wetter war auch ganz gut für Anfang Juni (das lag dann aber zum Teil doch an den "Reisenden Engel"!)
