Description

The holiday house in a modern bungalow style is on the edge of the Schaalsee biosphere reserve. The house comprises a kitchen-diner, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, three bedrooms, a guest WC and a laundry room. All the rooms have new furniture and appliances. The windows and terrace doors are fitted with electronic blinds and the house has an alarm system. Each room has at least one window (and the terrace door) with so-called gaze window frames, which keep insects away and ensure a peaceful evening and night. The kitchen-diner and living room have an open layout and form a harmonious unit with a fireplace that can be seen from both sides. A radio, TV and many books are provided. The fully-equipped built-in kitchen provides modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge and freezer compartment. The kitchen, living room and hallway are also fitted with under-floor heating. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, and one of the rooms also has a double bunk bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, so that up to eight people can be accommodated. A child’s travel bed and a highchair are available. The bathroom with quality fittings has a shower with several massage jets at different heights, a large bath, a WC and under-floor heating (even in the shower area). The built-in suspended ceiling, with dimmer spotlights, allows you to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in the bathroom. The adjoining utility room also has a washing machine. The dining room has a big terrace door leading out onto a generous 55m² terrace. From here you can enjoy a fabulous view of fields, meadows and forests. There is a grill fireplace and there are eight chairs for sociable hours. A small stone stairway leads to the garden with old fruit trees and a 500m² lawn providing ample space for sports activities. Or would you rather sit in the garden? Then you can use our wooden round sitting corner and enjoy a leisurely evening. There is a carport by the house with two parking spaces and there are further spaces on the paved area in front of the house. There are a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a bench for children. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed on request. The garden site is completely fenced in, so they can run around safely. You can also use ten bicycles, a table tennis table and a rowing boat at Neuenkirchener See free of charge. The road with little traffic is about 30 metres from the bungalow and separated from the site by a stone wall with plants. There is therefore plenty of outdoor space in front of the house for enjoying the evening sunsets or playing a game of badminton.
