Description
This is a beautiful and quietly situated holiday apartment that is barrier-free, on the edge of Zandt, surrounded by meadows, fields and forest and a lovely nature trail and leisure park – simply pure nature.
The apartment also features a balcony. The owner lives on site and is happy to provide help and advice. A junior bed, highchair, hairdryer, iron and ironing board can be borrowed free of charge.
The holiday apartment is very functionally furnished and is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartments are in the main house on the first floor (wheelchair-accessible lift). The living room and bedroom are separate. The shower and WC are suitable for the disabled, with handles, wide doors, a shower seat. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with four rings and a oven. The living room has a TV, sofa, dining table for three people. There is free wireless Internet access.
Nearby you can find a nature and leisure park with children’s playgrounds, cycling and hiking trails, fishing in the River Regen, canoe hire, carriage rides, e-bike hire at the tourism office, and in winter sledge hire. There are swimming lakes nearby, many mountains of 1000m, rivers, castles, monasteries, churches, leisure parks, museums, galleries, natural and architectural monuments, romantic towns such as Passau, Regensburg or Prague. New: free use of the public transport in the Cham area for our guests with the VLC.
