Experience an unforgettable holiday in this charming, detached family home, which was completely refurbished in 2017 and lovingly renovated in 2025. It is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood within the quiet and well-lit Friedrichstrasse at night. Just a few minutes' walk from the harbour and the picturesque old town of Wolgast with its impressive church visible from afar, this house offers the perfect starting point for your explorations.
Inside, you will find a cosy home with a living space of approx. 85 m², ideal for up to four people. The lower floor comprises a hallway with stairs to the upper floor, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room and a living room with a cosy sofa, armchair and single bed. The upper floor comprises a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining children's room with another full-size single bed. When you arrive, you will be greeted with a warm welcome, beds made up and towels laid out ready for you. For your meals, the kitchen offers modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Entertainment is also provided on rainy days thanks to a TV, a Playstation, a DVD player as well as books and games.
The lovingly tended and fully enclosed garden with its terraces invites you to spend quiet, relaxing moments in a deckchair. Enjoy the seclusion and tranquillity, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will also always find free public parking spaces in the neighbouring street.
You will find everything you need in the neighbourhood of the house: A supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, as are various hairdressing and beauty salons.
