Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist in einem 3 Familienhaus zentral im beliebten Stadtteil Heppens gelegen. Von hier aus sind Sie schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Südstrand mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Zur Studiowohnung gehört ein überdachter Außensitzplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können untergestellt werden.
