The flat itself is located on a spacious plot on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet both indoors and outdoors.
Relaxation has something to do with well-being. And that is particularly important to us. That's why we have done a lot to make the holiday flat a feel-good place where you can have a good time. From morning to evening, from breakfast to night, you should want for nothing. The kitchen equipment not only allows you to enjoy cosy meals together, but also extensive cooking evenings. Spending time in the bathroom is like a little wellness session and you can end the day in comfort on the terrace.
Whether you are in a wheelchair, pushchair or walking frame, the ground-level entrance is no obstacle. And all the interior rooms, which are all located on the ground floor, as well as the shower can be reached without any restrictions.
There is plenty of space to move around freely on a total of 117 m2. Two bedrooms are an island of peace for a total of four people and are so cosy that you won't want to get out of bed.
Those who like to cosy up outside have the opportunity to do so on two terraces. The tea terrace, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, is the perfect place for breakfast to start the day. The second terrace, the barbecue terrace, can be reached a few steps further across the courtyard. Here you will find a barbecue, garden loungers and a parasol.
Both terraces are for your exclusive use, as is the car parking space at the house.
The Ammerland is famous for its numerous cycle tours through the green parkland. To ensure that your bikes are in good hands and always ready for your next excursion, you can store them dry in the separate bike garage and charge your e-bikes free of charge.

The city of Oldenburg with its lovely cafés, shopping facilities and museums is just as easy to reach as the nearest beach and the sea.
