Die ruhige Innenhof-Ferienunterkunft befindet sich in Waren-Nord und besteht aus einer kleinen Ferienwohnung (ohne Parkplatz) und einem Ferienhaus (Parkplatz auf dem Hof). Im Aussenbereich der Ferienunterkunft steht eine Sitzmöglichkeit mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill zur Verfügung. In die Innenstadt laufen Sie ca. 15 Min. Ein Bäcker befindet sich gleich am Ende der Straße. Gleich in der Nähe ist der Tiefwarensee, den können Sie umwandern (8 km), das ist der Eiszeitlehrpfad. Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen muss der Betrag vor Anreise über Paypal überwiesen werden. Ist kein Zahlungseingang verzeichnet bei Anreise, wird der Einlass in das Quartier verwährt.

Dei kleine Ferienwohnung befindet sich komplett im Erdgeschoss. Im kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum befinden sich zwei getrennt stehende Polsterbetten. Eine Kochnische mit Herd und Backofen ist offen zum Wohn-/Schlafraum. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche/WC ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig.  KEIN PRIVATPARKPLATZ FÜR DIE FEWO VORHANDEN. ÖFFENTLICHE PARKPLÄTZE IN DER NÄHE (ZUM BEISPIEL UNTER DER HERRENSEEBRÜCKE).
