In addition to a warmly furnished living room with TV and direct access to the garden, there is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher as well as a spacious bathroom. Here you will find both a shower and a bathtub with shower attachment. For added convenience, there is a shared washing machine in the building, Wi-Fi throughout the flat and pets are welcome on request.
The outdoor area completes your stay with us. An attractive terrace, a lovingly tended garden for communal use and a variety of seating and barbecue facilities invite you to linger and enjoy. There is also plenty of space to play and relax in the countryside thanks to our play and sunbathing lawn.
The area surrounding our holiday flat has something for every guest. A grocery shop is just 3000 metres away, and there is a bus stop nearby for exploring the surrounding region. The owner himself lives on the property and is happy to provide local tips.
