Kitchen and a large LED TV, two bedrooms with new large box spring beds and additional LED TV, bathroom with shower and toilet (underfloor heating), cosy courtyard with seating furniture and barbecue, public car parking space in front of the house, child-friendly. Pets are always welcome. Dogs only by arrangement with the landlord. Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, WLAN and telephone included.
