Das Ferienhaus mit 90 m² Wohnfläche liegt am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes direkt an den Teßmannsdorfer Tannen und sie können bei herrlicher, absoluter Ruhe die friedliche Stimmung genießen.
 
Das Haus ist für maximal 6 Personen ausgelegt und verfügt über 3 separate Schlafräume (1 x Doppelbett ; 2 x Einzelbetten ; 1 Etagenbett).
 
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd- Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und vielem mehr.
 
Im Wohnraum finden Sie eine gemütliche Couchecke mit Sat- TV und Kamin, darin integriert befindet sich der Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen.
 
Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine, es ist zusätzlich ein Gäste- WC vorhanden.
 
Eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln zum Grillen, Entspannen und Erholen gehört natürlich zum Haus.
 
Das Haus ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
 
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auf Wunsch buchbar.

Das Gesamtgrundstück mit vier Ferienhäusern ist eingezäunt.
