Das Eulennest ist eine alllergikergerechte Ferienwohnung auf 70qm: hell und freundlich sowie ebenerdig und barrierearm. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und auf Nachfrage ein Babybett oder Gitter für das normale Bett. Die Wohnküche verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mitsamt Geschirrspüler, eine gemütliche Essecke und ein Smart-TV, das großzügige Bad hat eine Fußbodenheizung und eine große, ebenerdige Dusche sowie ein selbstreinigendes WC und ein eingebautes Radio. Das Eulennest verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse und einen Garten mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill sowie einen abschließbaren Abstellraum. Es gibt einen PKW-Stellplatz und gegen Gebühr und Voranmeldung können Fahrräder geliehen werden. Im Mietpreis inklusive sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die Endreinigung. Derzeit wird eine kleine Energiepauschale pro Person und Tag erhoben. Ein Frühstück ist buchbar.
