Die Ferienunterkunft befindet sich im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses in ruhiger Randlage von Sassnitz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren.

Kombinierter Wohn/-Schlafraum mit Doppelbett und Couchgarnitur, die auch als Aufbettungsmöglichkeit dient.
42 Zoll Flachbild -TV, Mini Compakt Anlage , DVD Player und Staubsauger.
W-LAN via Bluetooth
Separate, vollausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und weiteren Kochutensilien.
Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Waschtisch und WC
Garten mit Terrasse und Grillmöglichkeit
Für Fahrräder steht ein Ständer im Freien zur Verfügung.
Bei Ankunft sind die Betten bezogen und es liegt pro Person ein Wäschepaket bereit. Für die dritte Person ist das Wäschepaket kostenpflichtig.
Ein Kinderreisebett steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Für die Bettwäsche werden 5,- € einmalig berechnet.
Parkmöglichkeit ist am Haus vorhanden.
Für Spätanreisen steht ein Schlüsselsafe direkt an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Hier bitten wir Sie die Eigentümer 1 Tag vor Anreise zu kontaktieren.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett. Allerdings war auf der Webseite nicht ersichtlich, dass sich diese Wohnung im Keller befindet. Dies sollte für den Urlauber erkennbar sein.

Wegen der günstigen Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und interessante Objekte sind nicht weit weg.
