Description
Our holiday flat is located on the Eschberg, not far from the park (3 minutes on foot),
Brandenburgerplatz shopping centre (2 minutes on foot)
to the shopping centre Saarbaser with all restaurants and shops approx. 1500 m (15 minutes walk),
Saarbrücken Zoo (10 minutes on foot),
the Saarland University,
Nearby bus stop (approx. 100 metres, with several daily bus connections to Saarbrücken city centre, which is not far away).
The light-flooded 2 room flat on the 3rd floor of a terraced apartment building, with lift, impresses with its new,
friendly, harmonious, comfortable furnishings and has been furnished with great attention to detail. From the very sunny south-facing balcony you have a marvellous distant view from east to west over Saarbrücken and the Saar valley. All rooms face the garden, so there is no major noise pollution from car traffic. Our 2-room flat is approx. 58 square metres in size. The layout of the flat is divided into:
Entrance area with adjoining bathroom with bathtub. From here you enter
into the living - dining room. From the living room you enter the sep. kitchen with
storage room and the separate bedroom.
The motorways to Mannheim, Trier, Luxembourg, Metz, Strasbourg or Nancy are just a few minutes' drive away.
Free car parking is available in the immediate vicinity. There is also
possibility to rent a parking space in the multi-storey car park, which is
in the immediate vicinity.
You will enjoy both the peace and quiet of the holiday flat and
the proximity to nature and Saarbrücken city centre (approx. 5 minutes by car).
