Sie wohnen Idylisch mitten in einem Wohnviertel gelegen mit freiem Ausblick zum Wallberg. Wanderungen und Radtouren können Sie direkt am Haus beginnen.
 
Sollten Sie einen ruhigen Urlaubstag genießen wollen, lädt Sie unser gepflegter Garten mit Sitzecke und Liegestühlen zum verweilen ein.
 
In nur 5 Gehminuten befinden Sie sich im Ort. Dort finden Sie vielfältige Einkaufs-, Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Zum See sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß.

Dieses Appartement befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss und zugleich Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einer Wohnküche, einem weiteren kleinen Schlafraum mit Einzelbett und einem Bad mit Wanne (keine Dusche, da Mansarde!). An der Wohnung befinden sich ein Ost- und ein Westbalkon, die nur durch Sie genutzt werden können.
