Description
Our house is located in the middle of nature in the immediate vicinity of the Siebengebirge Nature Park, directly on the Rheinsteig (3 minutes' walk). You can expect a high-quality and lovingly furnished, comfortable holiday flat (basement) in Mediterranean style for 1 to 4 people, which offers you all the conditions for carefree holidays to feel good and relax.
The flat is 65 square metres in size and consists of:
1 bedroom/living room 25 square metres (laminate flooring) double bed with canopy, couch, large wardrobe, TV with satellite system, music system, alarm clock, books and board games.
1 kitchen/living room 25 square metres (real wood parquet) with a bed 90 x 200 cm for the 3rd person, as well as an extra bed 80 x 200 cm.
Large fitted kitchen with modern full equipment: cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker.
1 luxurious bathroom 15 square metres, hairdryer, iron, bathrobes.
Car park in front of the house!
Enjoy the sun in spring / summer and autumn on our south-facing terrace with garden and view of nature. A cosy seating area, garden bench and barbecue are of course included.

The Drachenfels is approx. 14 km away. As a special feature, you can use the cog railway for the ascent for a fee. Furthermore, the Steigenberger Hotel Petersberg (wedding Michael Schumacher 1995) is 15 km away. On the other side of the Rhine you will find the Rolandsbogen with its marvellous view and gastronomy, and in Remagen, 17 km away on the other side of the Rhine, there is an ostrich farm with a tour and gastronomy. You can ask us for further excursion destinations.
