Diese Pension wurde im Jahr 2021 / 2022 komplett neu errichtet und ausgestattet. 
Die Pension verfügt über eine, voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche (Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw.). Diese Küche wird Ihnen vollumfänglich zur Verfügung gestellt, da kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und werden als Einzel- oder Doppelzimmer vermietet. Jedes Zimmer verfügt zusätzlich zur standardmäßigen Ausstattung noch über einen kleinen Kühlschrank.
