Description
Your holiday home is located directly on Lake Plau in the "Seelust" district in the middle of a privileged villa area. The holiday home "Haus am Seeufer" extends over 2 floors, comfortably and tastefully furnished. Living/dining room on the ground floor with DVD + CD player, radio, satellite TV. Kitchen on the ground floor, cooker with ceramic hobs and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with three freezer compartments, microwave and kettle. A shower/WC is located on the ground floor. In the living area there are two comfortable armchairs and a pull-out sofa bed.
The bedroom is located on the upper floor (1 bed + 1 bed + 1 double bed). There is also a shower/WC on the upper floor. The upper floor can be reached via a spiral staircase. In the outdoor area of the property you can use two terraces, one of which faces the lake. You also have the option of using the garden benches in the garden facing the lake and enjoying the marvellous view over the lake.

As our holiday home is situated on a hill, you have an unrestricted view of Lake Plau. You can easily reach the lakeside promenade via our property steps. On the lakeside promenade you will find beautiful bathing spots with a dog bathing beach, jetties, kiosks and hotel restaurants.
