Our holiday apartment is 34 m² and suitable for two people. It features a combined living room and kitchen (TV, radio) including a sofa bed, a kitchenette (two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes), a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can enjoy the sunset on the terrace or in the garden, which also has a ping-pong table. A barbecue grill is available for our guests to enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors. Bicycles for our guests of all ages, as well as the boats on the large Präßnicksee lake, are available for free use. The lake is about a 10-minute walk away and is perfect for swimming and fishing.
