Towels and bed linen are provided. An underground garage belongs to the flat.There is an indoor swimming pool 30 degrees, a Finnish sauna with relaxation room, as well as a fitness room and a billiard table at your disposal. For the little ones and the grown-ups there is a playroom, as well as table tennis and table football. The garden has playground equipment and garden loungers. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The flat is located in a family-friendly complex with sauna, fitness room, games room, playground, quiet islands in the garden and an indoor swimming pool in a quiet location at the gateway to the Alps.

If the deposit is not received within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, the booking expires. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.

Children under the age of 18, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax.
