Our holiday flat with upscale furnishings has 1 living/dining room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace room with high-quality sofa bed (1.4x2m with slatted frame and comfortable mattress), hallway and 25m2 large wooden terrace with awning. The living room and bedroom each have a flat screen TV.
The flat is additionally equipped as follows:
Underfloor heating plus towel radiator in the bathroom and additional radiator in the living room and bedroom, smoke detector, triple insulating glazing, blackout blinds, wood-burning stove, electric awning, garden furniture, swing barbecue, Internet TV with 150 HD channels incl. streaming services.
There are free parking spaces directly in front of the house entrance.
The climatic health resort Niedenstein in the Grimm Heimat Nordhessen is located between Fritzlar and Kassel, directly on the Habichtswaldsteig with 85km premium hiking route and is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers.
