Description

The holiday terraced house in Neuendorf is located in Saal, opposite the Bodden side of the Fischland / Darss peninsula.

It is approx. 115m² in size and suitable for up to eight people. The house was rebuilt in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It is tastefully furnished. The holiday home has a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen open to the living area and bathroom with shower. All rooms are arranged on one level. The house is modernly furnished. The living/dining area with access to the terrace is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, radio and Internet connection (WLAN). A high chair and baby travel cot are also available. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. and is open to the living/dining area.

The large terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture & barbecue, fenced garden area approx. 200 m2, with covered barbecue area and garden furniture. The entire outdoor area is approx. 3890 m² in size and can be shared. There is a playground with swing, digging box & trampoline. The property is fenced.

Bicycles can be hired. A motorboat for fishing or sailing on the Saaler Bodden (licence-free for up to five people) can be hired and the Boddenstrand bathing beach is just 300 metres away.

The harbour of Neuendorf with its new marina and boat hire is only three minutes away from the holiday home. The Saaler Bodden, a paradise for surfers and kiters, is just 300 metres away. Wustrow, Ahrenshoop, Dierhagen etc. can be reached by car within 15 minutes and by bike within 40 minutes. There are very well developed cycle paths (Ostseeradwanderweg).
