The holiday flat in Neuendorf is located in Saal opposite the Bodden side of the Fischland / Darss peninsula.
It is approx. 58 m² in size and suitable for up to 5 people. The holiday flat was newly built in 2024 and is tastefully furnished! The holiday flat has a living room with adjoining fitted kitchen, dishwasher. A bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms are arranged on one level on the ground floor. The entire holiday flat is equipped with underfloor heating. The flat is modernly furnished. The living/dining area with access to the terrace is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, fibre optic connection/W-Lan. A high chair and baby travel cot are also available. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge (with large freezer compartment), cooker and oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. and is open to the living/dining area.
The large terrace can be accessed via the living room and is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The private garden is fenced. The entire outdoor area is approx. 3890 m² in size and can be shared. There is a playground with swing, digging box and trampoline. Bicycles can be hired. The property is fenced. A motorboat for fishing or sailing on the Saaler Bodden (licence-free for up to 5 people) is available and the Boddenstrand beach is 300m away.
