Die Ferienwohnung Witschaß liegt in Lauta-Dorf und befindet sich auf dem Gelände eines Dreiseitenhofes. 2014 wurde die Ferienwohnung (45m²) im Erdgeschoss neu ausgebaut und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Der Senftenberger See ist ca. 5 km entfernt, hier kann man Baden, verschiedene Wassersportarten betreiben oder nutzt die Zeit den See mit einem Fahrgastschiff zu erleben. Urlauber sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Inline Skaten unterwegs und umfahren gern den Senftenberger See

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist über einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer sowie eine Küche und ein Bad.
Eine Aufbettung kann im Küchenbereich auf einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch für bis zu 2 Personen erfolgen.
