Am Rande des Naturschutzgebiet ' Gnietz' gelegenes Reetdachhaus. Direkt am Schilfgürtel des Achterwassers mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf selbiges. Sehr großes Grundstück mit kleinem Kinderspielplatz.
Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Schlafräume und kann mit bis zu 4 Personen bewohnt werden. Weiter 1 Wohnzimmer ,Bad mit Dusche, Küche , Essecke sowie Terrasse und Balkon.

Der Ferienort Lütow befindet sich auf der am Achterwasser gelegenen reizvollen Halbinsel ' Gnitz ' ca. 7km vom Ostseebad Zinnowitz entfernt.Verschiedene Wanderwege, kleine Strandabschnitte und die erstaunliche Pflanzen- und Tierwelt im Naturschutzgebiet, laden zu einem Besuch rund um das Achterwasser ein.
Die Ostseestrände der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min. erreichbar.
Eine Schwimmhalle inkl. Restaurante befinden sich in direkter nähe zum Ferienhaus.( ca 5 min. zu Fuß)
Der Endbetrag setzt sich zusammen aus:
Übernachtungspeis
+ einmalige Endreinigung (65,- € )
+ Service- Gebühr 15,- €

Die betrieblichen Nebenkosten ( d.h. : Strom, Wasser, Heizung) sind enthalten !

Bettwäsche kann für 10,00€ pro Person/ Mietzeitraum gestellt werden.
Ein Wäschepaket ( BW + Handtücher) 18,- € pro Person/ Mietzeitraum.
