Haus:
Sie erwartet eine 2 Zi - FeWo im 1. OG (Fahrstuhl) mit ca. 49m² + großem, nach Süd-Ost ausger. Balkon mit Blick auf die Trave + den Schiffsverkehr. Die FeWo hat große, bodentiefe Schiebefenster. Der Zugang zur FeWo ist barrierefrei. Die Einbauküche ist vollausgestattet. Der Essplatz ist gemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Flachbildschirm (Smart-TV) mit SAT-TV, Stereoanlage + CD. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, gr. Schrank + SAT-TV (Smart-TV) ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer findet sich neben Dusche/WC ein festinstallierter Fön. Es gibt einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine, zwei Fahrräder, einen Strandkorb am Strand, + einen PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Die 2013 erstellte FeWo liegt am Europaweg ausger. zur Trave-Mündung + dem Skandinavienkai.
