The house is located in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, directly on the Achterwasser. On this peninsula, which is located on the island of Usedom, you will still find a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful hiking trails, bathing beaches and fishing enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom lies the Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside resort, which is only 6 kilometres from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts of forest and sea. The varied landscape, with beech, oak and coniferous forest along the coast, as well as the moors and meadows on the Achterwasser side, give the island its charisma.
A balcony with garden furniture invites you to have breakfast there or to end the evening with a glass of wine, and there is also a lockable bicycle shed on the property that can be used by holiday guests.
