Im Schlafzimmer unterm Spitzdach steht ebenfalls ein Fernseher. Ost- und Westfenster lassen Morgen- und Abendsonne herein. Außerdem gibt es: Eine komplette Studioküche mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Spülmaschine. Bad mit Dusche, WC. Zwei zusätzliche ostfriesische Schlafkojen in Form eines Etagenbettes. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett im Gemeinschaftswaschraum. Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. (Babybett, und Hochstühlchen kostenlos) Kürzere Aufenthalte und Rabatte sind in freien Restzeiträumen oder bei kurzfristigen Anfragen möglich.
