The generously proportioned 2.5 room granny flat on the 1st floor is divided as follows:
A small hallway with cloakroom and small table is located in the entrance area of the flat. All other rooms are accessed from here. A large living room with a large leather sofa, bookcase, flat-screen TV and satellite TV. There is also a nice seating area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers plenty of storage space for clothes. A passageway leads to an adjoining room with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and another single bed. The tiled daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. In the kitchen there is a cooker with extractor bonnet, coffee machine and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment.
Outside there is a beautiful garden with various rose beds and shrubs. A seating area for 2 people in the front garden can be used.
