The adjoining terrace invites you to play, romp around or simply relax and offers you a large green area for many outdoor activities with a view of the marina. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and allows you to prepare your favourite meals with a fantastic view of the water.
On the upper floor of the holiday home, you will find two bedrooms that invite you to dream. The master bedroom spoils you with a comfortable double bed and a breathtaking, direct view of the water. A ceiling lamp with Bluetooth function provides our guests with music. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed if required, as well as a high-quality wardrobe bed. A fall-out guard is available for little Baltic Sea holidaymakers.
The upper floor also offers a fully equipped bathroom with whirlpool bath, floor-level shower, infrared sauna cabin with LED colour light therapy and hi-fi system with connection for MP3 player, USB, radio and speakers - a true wellness area with a view of the water and with velvety soft water, as the house has a decalcification system.
For added convenience, there is a further shower room on the ground floor.
The front of the house has another south-facing terrace - ideal for lingering and enjoying the sun.
Two car parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home ensure easy access by car. There is also a bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes, so you can explore the beautiful surroundings on two wheels.

Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the holiday price. These are billed separately according to consumption. This allows you to check your individual consumption and have it billed fairly.
For your convenience, we offer you the option of booking bed linen and towels in the form of linen packages directly with the Seeblick Ferien ORO agency. If you book these linen packages, your beds will already be made when you arrive.
A cash deposit is required on arrival. This serves as security and will be refunded immediately upon check-out after deduction of the consumption costs.
