Here you will find a comfortable holiday bungalow in a tranquil district away from the tourist hotspots, nestled in a picturesque and natural landscape. Situated on the Schoritzer Wiek, nature parks, bathing beaches and natural beaches invite you to relax and unwind. The well-developed network of cycle paths invites you to explore the surrounding area.
The single-storey house has a living space of 60 m² and is divided into a cosy living area, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen-diner, a shower room and a bedroom. In the bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. In the living room, you can relax on two upholstered sofas after a long day out. A fire in the stove creates a cosy atmosphere and the flat-screen TV provides entertainment. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for a third and fourth guest in the living room. Adjacent you will find the open-plan kitchen, which allows you to cater for yourself: from a cooker with four hotplates and oven to a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and the usual small electrical appliances such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster, everything you need is available.
Outside there is a sunny terrace with a charcoal barbecue, fireplace, beach chair and deckchairs. There is also a parking space for bicycles. The enclosed property is suitable for both children and dogs and offers plenty of space and play opportunities. A private car park is also available for you.
Bookings outside the summer season are possible on request.
In winter, the living room is heated by a fireplace (wood and coal). There is electric heating in the bedroom and in the kitchen.
In addition to horse riding and a sports park, the surrounding area offers opportunities for anglers, joggers, hikers and kite surfers within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometres. Shopping facilities, restaurants and financial institutions await your visit in the immediate vicinity, in Garz, the oldest town on the island of Rügen, 5 kilometres away. Day trips to the Baltic seaside resorts on the island or to Stralsund on the mainland are just 20 minutes away by car. Groß Schoritz is not only accessible via the Rügen Bridge - if you want to avoid the traffic jams, you can take the Glewitz ferry, which is just a stone's throw away.
