We have been hosting since 2020 and are new to this platform. The apartment offers ample space for 5 guests and has 3 bedrooms. The bathroom includes a shower/bathtub and toilet. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. The spacious living room with a comfortable sofa provides plenty of room to relax. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. A covered terrace invites you to relax outdoors. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets from the upper balcony. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. No parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Rentals must be 18 years or older.
