Located on the top floor, it is easily accessible by elevator. This vacation rental has been awarded the FeWoAirClean seal of approval. The apartment is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, it removes 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air. Information on additional costs and fees: A EURO100.00 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity, water, and heating are included. Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee. The tourist tax is payable before arrival. Free parking is available. Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional EURO5 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance. The lovingly furnished living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen invites you to cozy evenings watching television. Prepare delicious meals in the modern and well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them with friends and family. The bright spa-like bathroom features a shower and a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after a long walk on the beach.
