The unique location of the vacation residence "Chiemseestrand" invites you to unforgettable vacation days. Free WLAN is a matter of course. And within walking distance, the "Gut Ising" offers special leisure activities.The impressive village of Chieming is located on the eastern shore of Lake Chiemsee and adorns itself with green meadows, wide fields, beautiful forests and an incredible lake view including an imposing mountain panorama.The vacation and recreation resort looks back on a long history: ground finds prove that the Roman road Augsburg - Salzburg also led through Chieming. These and other exhibits from Roman times can be viewed in the Heimathaus.For smaller and larger events, a large recreation room with TV, Internet access and fully equipped communal kitchen is available. There is also a small utility room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee).

The opitmal location of the vacation residence, directly on the Chiemsee, garantiet not only a beautiful view, but also invites you to numerous bathing days and romantic walks on the beach.This very nicely cut and high quality furnished 2-room attic apartment offers space for up to 2 people and invites you to linger and stylish vacation.The linchpin of this apartment is the pefrekt divided eat-in kitchen with access to the balcony. A white corner kitchenette in high-gloss style with black granite countertop makes you want to prepare fine dishes, which can be enjoyed right next to it at the small dining area. The black and white contrast also runs through the living area: A black leather sofa and leather armchair meet a white Hcohglanz living wall with glass vitrines. The living room table in shabby chic style and the colorful accents in carpet, pillows and decoration break the contrast and make the room look cozy. Floral pink accents reflect the name of the apartment "SeeLilie".The small but nice bedroom offers a cozy and dreamy sleeping place under the high sloping roof. A large, white closet picks up the high-gloss style again and is available for your wardrobe. From the hallway you also enter a small bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity unit, shelf and a mirror.
