New to our rental portfolio from September 2nd! The lovingly furnished holiday apartment "Zeearend" is located in a quiet area of Cadzand-Bad, just minutes from the beach and sea. The town's shops and restaurants are also within easy reach. The apartment is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, accommodating up to four people. Layout: A staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper apartment. The living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen has a sliding door that opens onto a very spacious and sunny roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-burner induction hob, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a washbasin. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment features air conditioning and satellite TV with several German channels. Bicycles can be stored at the rear of the garden. You can park at the house or 50 meters away. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The apartment can be rented by the week, on weekdays, or on weekends. During peak season (July-August), rentals are only available by the week, with Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Outside of peak season, Monday, Friday, or Saturday are possible as the arrival and departure day.
