Lovingly renovated holiday home in Cadolzburg-Egersdorf, in the heart of Middle Franconia. A large entrance hall leads to a living room with a large sofa, armchairs for relaxing, and a flat-screen TV. A cozy dining area adjoins the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including a fully automatic coffee machine and much more. The dining room opens directly onto the covered terrace. A modern bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a baby cot; Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x200 cm); and Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90x200 cm) and a daybed (90x200 cm). Ample wardrobes and chests of drawers are provided in each room. All bedrooms are accessed from a spacious hallway and are not interconnected. A full shower room is also located upstairs. The garden is fenced.
