With two separate flats, it offers both privacy and flexibility for your holiday needs, with the barrier-free ground floor flat as a highlight for an accessible and carefree stay.

In the barrier-free flat on the ground floor, a generous living space of 138 m2 awaits you, equipped with an impressive, modern and cosily furnished living area. The open-plan kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and socialise together. Three bedrooms with box-spring beds, two bedrooms with 180x200 cm and one bedroom with 140x200 cm, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable bathroom with rain shower and a separate guest WC ensure ultimate comfort. The extensive equipment includes a Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, underfloor heating and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Outside, the large, furnished terrace is the ideal place for relaxing in the open air or socialising over dinner with a view of the garden. Guests travelling with an electric or hybrid car can conveniently charge it at the on-site wallbox (type 2). There are also parking spaces for your vehicle right next to the house and, for added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate utility building.

The Burgwald holiday region, with Wiesenfeld as one of the five districts, invites you to take a variety of excursions in the surrounding area. Frankenberg and Marburg are only a short drive away and offer numerous opportunities for activities of all kinds - from cycling and hiking to visits to zoos and outdoor swimming pools. The surrounding area offers numerous sports and leisure activities, and Lake Edersee and the winter sports facilities in Winterberg and Willingen are also within easy reach.
