Our house is located in a quiet location in Bad Aibling. The Mangfall, which invites you to go for a walk, is in the immediate vicinity, the city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The Therme Bad Aibling is just around the corner. The train station is also within 10 minutes walking distance.

Our cozy 40 sqm attic studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area with tiled stove. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC. The double bed is located in the upper attic and is accessible via a steep staircase. Please note when booking.Incl. bed linen, towels, free WLAN, TV, terrace and garden sharing. Free deck chairs for sunbathing. Parking is available in front of the house on the street in the immediate vicinity. Loading and unloading directly at the house is of course possible.A free baby crib is available.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of EUR 2.50 per person/night for adults, children up to 16 years are exempt.
