Apartment 14 on the upper floor, with its spacious panoramic balcony and lake view, offers approximately 85 m² of living space and is allergy-friendly. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and an extra bed), a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a living room with a large smart TV. There is also a further furnished, sunny south-facing balcony spanning the entire width of the building, complete with awnings and sun loungers. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix are provided. A private small beer garden with a barbecue fireplace is located in the garden area exclusively for guests of our holiday home. A lockable ski and bicycle storage shed with toys for children is also available. Charging facilities for e-bikes are available at the house.
