Der Wohnraum ist mit einem gemütlichen Sofa (Schlafmöglichkeit für eine 3. Person) sowie einen Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Die offene, gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank mit Gefriermöglichkeit, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großes französisches Bett vorhanden (160x200 cm).
