Description

This detached single-family house enjoys a quiet and attractive location. An outdoor pool, an ice rink and a golf course are all within convenient walking distance.

The living space of around 90m² can accommodate a maximum of six adults and a child. The living and dining room has a sofa suite, a coffee table, a TV with a DVD player and a large dining table with chairs. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. One of the four bedrooms is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the second with a French bed 140cm wide, the third with a single bed with a pull-out mattress for a second person, and the fourth with a single bed (90cm wide). A child’s bed is available if required. The bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and two washbasins. A dryer is available in the house. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi and heating.

The 900m² site includes a fully enclosed garden, consisting mainly of lawn, as well as a terrace with seating and a grill for sociable grill evenings. Three free outdoor car parking spaces are available. Dogs are welcome.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in all the rooms. It is only allowed on the terrace or in the garden.

It is only ten minutes by car from Adendorf to Lüneburg. Buses run every half an hour. Lüneburg is a student town with an extremely high density of cosy bars and is also known for the TV series Rote Rosen. Hamburg is half an hour away by train or car. The nearest centre with a grocery shop is just a kilometre away.
