The approx. 100 m² flat has a large living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people (1.4 m x 2 m), a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The fireplace can of course be used for cosy evenings. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person (1.5m x 2m) and a cot/baby bed. The second bedroom has a bed (1.40 m wide). The flat has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a storage room. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair free of charge. The flat also has a bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover and iron can be used free of charge. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement of the building.
