Description
LE PRESSOIR We would be delighted to welcome you to the Pressoir of my winegrowing ancestors, which we have converted into accommodation. On the ground floor is the lounge/bar made from barrels found in the cellar and the boudoir with the TV area. Behind the bar is the kitchenette. You can play table football, darts or ride an exercise bike. Upstairs are two alcoves separated by a screen, a bedroom and a shower room with Japanese toilet. The courtyard is a shared entrance; we live in the right wing of the house. Private parking opposite. Heating: electric radiators and wood burning stove. The energy costs are applicable only in cold periods 1 October to 15 April.
Garden furniture and barbecue
Sleeping accommodation: 1.40m bed, two 0.90m single beds, a sofa bed or camp bed. Pillows, duvets and blankets are provided, as well as soap and shampoo. Table football, darts, 4/21 dice, exercise bike, TV, radio. Grandma's crockery and kitchen utensils. The extra bed is a heated bed or a camp bed (see photo) on which a deckchair mattress can be added. A barbecue and garden table are available on request.

We are in the heart of the chateaux of the Loire in a charming village surrounded by fields and woods where the river "Lamasse" flows. The only two shops are a grocery shop with a bread counter and the inn. Supermarkets are 10km away.
These are not isolated houses, we are located in the village.
