This beautiful and cosy detached house is within walking distance (5 minutes) of the charming village of Roussillon, in the heart of the Luberon, famous for its ochre cliffs. A holiday home in Provence, ideal for families to relax! The colourful village of Roussillon is worth a visit in itself, but the splendour of the Luberon Natural Park is full of other treasures to discover by bike, on foot or, why not, in a hot-air balloon. The cedar forest of Bonnieux, the castle of Lourmarin and typical Provençal villages, are just a few kilometres away, as are Gordes, Ménerbes, Lacoste and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Besides the natural areas, towns such as Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its beautiful canals, cosy restaurants and antique shops, are well worth a visit. Avignon, with its magnificent Palais des Papes, is a few minutes away, and Aix-en-Provence (lively market) is also easily accessible. Set on a hill, the house offers comfortable bedrooms, a private pool and stunning views of the surrounding area. The terrace has a barbecue and you can sunbathe with a glass of iced tea. The garden is a green sanctuary where you can meditate with the sound of birds in the background.
